Ordering
Orders can be made online via our secure server, or by telephone or post.
We reserve the right to alter or amend product specifications without prior notice.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of the contract, and up to seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing if applicable.

Delivery
You will be advised when placing your order of the anticipated delivery time. Most products are available for immediate dispatch, however there are instances where products are backordered.
You will be immediately notified if the goods you have ordered are out of stock and given the option to cancel or amend your order.

Guarantee
Manufacturers guarantee/warranty will apply where appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns
Damaged or missing goods must be notified to us in writing within five working days.
We regret that goods incorrectly ordered cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
In cases of product defect Totnes Kayaks will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of return and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock.
If the customer decides to return the product and cancel the order, the customer will pay for the cost of the return postage.

Complaints
Should you wish to register a complaint with Totnes Kayaks then please contact info@positive-sport.com providing as much information as possible. For our part we undertake to acknowledge your communication within five working days, and to address the issues raised as early as possible.
